JBM Hydraulic Press 20T with Sliding Ram and Gauge
Press out seized bearings, bushings, and pins with 20 tonnes of controlled hydraulic force and both hands free to guide the component. The JBM press combines a sliding cylinder, a two-stage hand-foot pump, and a glycerine pressure gauge for repeatable, damage-free results.
20 tonnes, precise and controlled
The two-stage hand-foot pump lets you approach the component quickly and then apply the pressing stroke slowly, so you feel every millimetre of movement without losing hand control. The glycerine pressure gauge at eye level gives you constant real-time feedback on applied force, preventing component damage from overloading.
Position anywhere, press anything
The sliding cylinder travels 180 mm laterally so you can centre the press tool over any mounting point without shifting a heavy workpiece on the bed. With a 58–1018 mm working range and a 540 mm bed width, the press covers components from small engine bushings to large gear hubs without changing the setup.
Frame built for maximum load
The welded steel frame shows no deflection under the full 20-tonne load, so press-fit tolerances stay true across years of daily use. Car workshops, locksmith shops, and production facilities get a reliable, repeatable pressing solution that eliminates improvisation.
